YOGA FLOW 60 minutes

Yoga FLOW is a yoga class with a focus on breath and smooth transitions accompanied by pleasant rhythms in the background. The class is rooted in vinyasa yoga, and you are guided to find your own dancing rhythm in movement while sweating and strengthening your presence in your body.

 

Yoga FLOW er en yogaklasse med fokus på vejrtrækning og smidige overgange med behagelige rytmer i baggrunden. Klassen har sine rødder i vinyasa-yoga, og du guider til at finde din egen dansende rytme i bevægelsen, samtidig med at du sveder og styrker nærværet i din krop.

YOGA SLOW 60 minutes

Yoga SLOW is a calm and meditative yoga class that gives space and time to deepen the experience in each pose. SLOW is inspired by gentle hatha classes and yin yoga and includes both meditation and a rest at the end of the class.

 

Yoga SLOW er en rolig og meditativ yoga klasse med plads og tid til at fordybe oplevelsen i hver strækning. SLOW henter inspiration fra blide hatha-klasser og yin yoga og inkluderer både meditation og afslapning. 

 

YOGA GROW 60 minutes

Yoga GROW is a powerful yoga class focusing on technique and good alignment. GROW is inspired by the abilities of hatha and anusara yoga that invites the body to “grow” in the positions. The classes take time to explore the effects of good technique and offer opportunities to try out more challenging poses.

Yoga GROW er en kraftfuld yogaklasse, der fokuserer på teknik og god justering. GROW er inspireret af hatha og anusara yogaens evner, der inviterer kroppen til at "vokse" i stillingerne. Klasserne tager sig tid til at udforske virkningerne af god teknik og tilbyder muligheder for at prøve mere udfordrende stillinger. 

SHAKE THE DUST 60 minutes

Shake the Dust is a transformative and embodied practice of the body-heart-mind. Through a guided poetic universe, we journey between perpetual movement, rest, release and free movement. With shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement, pilates, somatics and bodyweight training, not to mention a kick-ass and carefully curated playlist.

This class is for anyone and will at best deliver a cathartic release, a great workout, sweat and a strong, resilient body

 

Shake the Dust er en transformerende og forankret praksis for krop-hjerte-sindet. Gennem et guidet poetisk univers rejser vi mellem evig bevægelse, hvile, frigørelse og fri bevægelse. Med rystelser, hop, dans, intuitiv bevægelse, pilates, somatik og træning med kropsvægt, uden at glemme en fantastisk og omhyggeligt udvalgt playliste.

Denne klasse er for alle og vil i bedste fald give en katarsis, en fantastisk træning, sved og en stærk, modstandsdygtig krop.

HIIT YOGA 30 minutes

HIIT Yoga is a workout session that combines the most powerful elements of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with the peaceful balance of yoga. This class offers a mix of intense strength exercises in short intervals, harmonious stretching, and liberating breathing exercises.

MORNING FLOW 45 minutes

Morning yoga is the perfect way to start the day for both body and soul. It's an opportunity to begin the day with intention and gratitude through breath, meditation, and dynamic stretching. Participate and establish a new and healthy habit for your internal biological clock, which provides increased energy and well-being.

 

Morgenyoga er den perfekte måde at starte dagen på for både krop og sjæl. Det er en mulighed for at begynde dagen med intention og taknemmelighed gennem vejrtrækning, meditation og dynamisk strækning. Deltag og etablere en ny og sund vane for din indre biologiske ur, hvilket giver øget energi og trivsel.

YOGA HIIT 60 minutes

Strength & Flexibility Fusion: Experience the perfect blend of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and the fluid grace of yoga. Utilize your body weight and the morning sun to enhance strength, flexibility, and balance.

Set the Tone for Success: Kickstart your week on a positive note. This class is crafted to empower you physically and mentally, laying the foundation for a successful week.

All Levels Welcome: Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our expert instructor will guide you through a session suitable for all levels.

Dress Accordingly: Wear comfortable attire and shoes suitable for the weather conditions.

BREATHWORK 30 minutes

Breathwork is a calm class that explores different techniques to influence and enhance the life force within us. During this class, we focus on experimenting with various breathing methods, including calming and balancing techniques. By concluding with techniques that increase your energy, you can experience a holistic balance in the mind and body.

 

Åndedrætsøvelser er en rolig klasse, der udforsker forskellige teknikker til at påvirke og forbedre livskraften inden i os. Under denne klasse fokuserer vi på at eksperimentere med forskellige åndedrætsmetoder, herunder beroligende og balancerende teknikker. Ved at afslutte med teknikker, der øger din energi, kan du opleve en holistisk balance i sindet og kroppen.

MEDITATION 30 minutes

Meditation is a moment of inner silence and focused presence that provides a profound calming effect on the mind and body. During this class, we explore various meditative techniques to promote mental calmness, increased awareness, and a stronger connection to the inner self.

 

Meditation er et øjeblik af indre stilhed og fokuseret nærvær, der giver en dybt beroligende effekt på sindet og kroppen. Under denne klasse udforsker vi forskellige meditative teknikker for at fremme mental ro, øget bevidsthed og en stærkere forbindelse til det indre selv.

YOGA NIDRA 30 minutes

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation technique aimed at inducing deep relaxation in the body and mind. By lying comfortably and listening to instructions, you gradually focus on different parts of the body, creating an awareness of your breath and presence.

 

Yoga Nidra, også kendt som yogisk søvn, er en guidet meditationsmetode med det formål at inducere dyb afslapning i kroppen og sindet. Ved at ligge behageligt og lytte til instruktioner fokuserer du gradvist på forskellige dele af kroppen, hvilket skaber en bevidsthed om din vejrtrækning og tilstedeværelse.

YOGA FOR PADEL PLAYERS 60 minutes

Padel involves fast, multi-directional movements across joints in the upper and lower body that are explosive and highly dynamic. This requires tremendous strength, skill, power and endurance but also excellent mobility, defined as your ability to stabilize at the end ranges of your motion

During the 45 minutes of Hatha we synchronize breath with movement to shift our focus from the mind to the body. Through a blend of mobility, flexibility, balance and strength exercises, we correct muscular imbalances and promote overall physical well-being. It's the perfect preparation for the agility and power required in Padel.

During the 45 minutes of Yin Yoga, we hold each stretch for 3-5 minutes, targeting the deep fascia and connective tissues. This practice helps slow down the nervous system, accelerate recovery, and reduces the risk of injuries common in racquet sports. Additionally, we incorporate various pranayama techniques, such as Diaphragmatic breathing, to reduce stress levels, slow down the heart rate, and improve sleep quality.

The combination of dynamic and restorative yoga promotes mental focus and helps you stay cool under pressure.
